This informational site currently has no contact form, user accounts, checkout or payment workflow, or marketing-subscription form. Email links open the visitor's mail application. We use the information you choose to include in your correspondence to handle, answer and follow up on your enquiry. Do not include payment-card data, passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial enquiry.
ISHTARR has not started email marketing campaigns under the current informational-site workflow. Sending an enquiry is not marketing consent, and an enquiry address is not automatically added to a marketing list. Any future marketing subscription will be separate, voluntary, documented and withdrawable, and will not be required to receive assistance or a reply.
Company policy is to retain closed general enquiries that have not become contracts or disputes for up to 12 months from closure of follow-up, subject to review of continuing need and earlier deletion where appropriate. An unresolved enquiry does not start this period. Contracts, invoices, company-formation documents, claims, disputes and records subject to specific obligations require separate, justified retention treatment. This policy does not establish service providers' log or backup retention periods.
